Venue

Small wedding reception, family reunions, milestone anniversaries, memorials and celebrations of life, retirement parties, birthdays, baby showers, bar and bat mitzvahs, proposals, engagement celebrations, and first communions.

• A 4-hour minimum requirement to rent space.
• A Fabled Table staff person is required to be present, on the premises at all times.
• Guest headcount must be received five days prior to your event.
• Fabled Table is the in-house Caterer.

• Please refrain from using confetti or glitter.  Otherwise a cleaning fee of $100 will be added to your rental.  
• We ask that you do not attach anything to the walls or barn doors.
• Our indoor facility is SMOKE-FREE. 
• Adhere to the Event Space Agreement.

• One Fabled Table serving staff person. A second Fabled Table serving staff may be added, at client expense based on guest count.
• Tables & Chairs: Comfortable, black, folding chairs, (6) 48” & (4) 60” round tables, (13) 8-foot rectangular tables. Linens will be provided for all tables.
• Cleaning services before, during and after event.
• One hour of decorating by the client and set up prior to the event.
• No event can go past 11pm. (4-hour minimum) 

• We reserve the front parking lot of our building for those who have mobility challenges or for handicap accessibility.
• Guest parking is available one block from event space, located at Sampsonia Way and Brighton Road. This option is subject to change due to availability.
• AVAILABLE Weekdays AFTER 5 PM.  AVAILABLE MOST WEEKENDS.

• Rental Rate for a 4-hour minimum (up to 30 guests) is $400.00 for 4 hours. An additional cost of a server(s) will be needed for groups over 30 guests. 
• A rate of $100 per hour is charged for every hour over the four-hour minimum contracted end time. Extended time MUST be agreed upon in advance.
• All Day Rental Rate: 8 hours $1,000.

• Additional dishes and glassware are available for rental. Please inquire when renting our Venue.  A dishwashing fee may apply.

  You may serve alcohol for your event, however, Fabled Table requires you to provide Host Liquor Liability Coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 (One Million Dollars) listing Fabled Table as an additional insured. The Coverage is typically available through a homeowner’s insurance policy for an additional charge of $125, but the amount may vary depending on the type of event you are hosting. Wedsafe.com is another option for insurance, the day of your event. This is the renter’s responsibility..
