We had a wonderful time last weekend at The Taste of Brookline Event! Such a great group of people and extremely well organized event…

The afternoon delivered on it’s promise of a culinary showcase of some of the finest offerings in Western Pennsylvania’s third largest neighborhood! There was a great turnout and a positive atmosphere. We’d like to say thank you to all of the events organizers… And a special thank you to Jennifer Anglin, Stephanie Miller, Tiffany Thomas and Jennifer Askey!
Scoops-On th Blvd. is the neighborhood’s ice cream parlor (open year round!) Offering numerous tasty combinations, and two exclusive flavors – ‘Playdough’ and ‘Muddy Sneakers’. Take a look at these layered ‘push-up’ treats…

Cannon Coffee aims to be more than just a coffee shop. They aren’t looking to be the next Starbucks. They ARE looking to be a inspired part of the community. When you come in to their shop expect to be inpired!

Lancaster Brewing Company was also at the event with a variety of the trusted staples and some of their new brews. A favorite of the event was their “Hop Buggy” – Amish grown oats, wheat and rye from Lancaster County give the hopped – up Amber Ale malt body, with loads of Apollo, Bravo and Cascade delivering intense hop flavor for a refreshingly well balanced brew.
